ORDERS FROM PAKISTAN
Standard Home Delivery – your orders will be dispatched via Speed Post using the Next Business Days service. You will receive your products within 2-5 working days but COD Applies 50 PKR in all over Pakistan.
Free Shipping – Enjoy free shipping for all orders above PKR 1,000
Local Pickup - Place your order as usual and add LOCAL PICK UP. We will hold your order and contact you with the location details in Karachi & Hyderabad for collection.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via International Priority shipping service via DHL, FedEx or Aramex. This ensures the fastest and most economical methods of shipping. We use Priority shipping service which gets your order to you within 2-7 business days after it has been placed to most countries. Some countries may experience longer delays depending on the location.
Our shipping rates are calculated during checkout. This rate depends on the weight of your order, and the location in which it is going to. Not all delivery options are available for other countries. Due to the perishable nature of our natural products, we recommend to contact us directly at expoinfo76@gmail.com for deliveries to other countries.
CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

Please note customs, duties, taxes, VAT: Henna By Sabrina is not responsible for duties, VAT, and taxes international orders may occur. Our experience shows that no special customs issues occurs through the shipping process and most packages clears customs easily and arrive to their destination easily and on time. That said, as in all international shipping it is the client's responsibility to check all local customs regulations and should any issue arises in a country we cannot be held responsible in any way.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Order Errors

Should you receive your order incomplete or with errors please contact us within 7 business days at expoinfo76@gmail.com. Please be sure to have your order number ready. Notifying us after 7 days will void your claim. For missing products we will reship that missing product to you. Should you have received another product in error, we will ship out your original product order along with a return prepaid envelope. Please return the product sent to you in error inside the prepaid envelope within 72 hours of receipt.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed courier

Should your order come back to us undeliverable and/or unclaimed, we will contact you immediately. The following options are available to you:

We can reship your order to you, in which additional shipping fees will apply. You would be responsible for shipping return costs to you.

Should this be an order error on Henna By Sabrina part, we will ship your order to you at no cost to you.

Should you prefer to cancel your order, a 20% restocking and cancellation fee will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
